i could of gotten out of losing my license for 6 months if i took a drug test. i smoked marijuana over 2 weeks ago but it was not alot. also i smoked it about a month before that. both times not alot.
i know if they did a hair test i wouldnt pass but what would they of used?
i got out of it by taking a driving improvement course and writing a 2000 word essay.

I believe that I read something recently that Ohio courts have held that the hair test doesn't comply with the requirements in the Ohio Administrative code since it wasn't supported by the necessary scientific evidence in order to be admissible in court.

Usually, they administer a urine test. You still might have showed positive even though you hadn't smoked for two weeks.
