Simply, no. The way hair tests work is that it can record whatever is taken into the body during the period the hair grows.
Unfortunately, unless she's had her hair cut in the last six months, she will likely fail the test; and since her hair is so long, I'm willing to bet that the chemicals are present somewhere in her hair. (This is how they traced the poisoning of Napoleon.)
