We read that the McCanns have commisioned private laboratory tests to 'prove' that they did not sedate the twins.

A source close to the couple said: 閳ユ穾ny legal team worth their salt would have these kinds of tests done. No evidence of sedatives were found in the twins' systems.閳?br>

It would be interesting to see the results of the childrens hair test after 169 days. Since in the US at least drug tests on hair are not acceptable as evidence after 90 days.

Basically are these hair tests on the twins just a waste of time and fund money ?

Why are you so obsessed with finding these two guilty - you have no evidence whatsoever, you just don't like them and believe the twaddle in the press. Get a grip on reality.

Gerry refused to allow the children to be tested for drugs in the days following Madeleines disappearance. The PJ found it strange that they didn't wake up throughout all the hullabaloo on the night of May 3rd and wanted to test the twins. Being a doctor Gerry must know that any traces of sedatives would be now out of the twins hair and as he seems to be so well conected and protected I'm sure it would be no problem for him to find a "private clinic" to give him the results he wants.

i read this on the mirror forum, we know that about 3 weeks after maddie went missing the twins had a hair cut and gerry had refused to let the twins' urine be tested after the night she went missing.

it is just another McSpin Story to try to prove their innocence and create some positive media headlines to make it look like they are being co-operative to the police and forensic team... they know full well it will show worthless results ... but it wont exhonorate them will it? take a bit more than this I am afraid to convince me and other members of the public and PJ.
