She has smoked marijuana about two months ago. Being that this test goes back to almost a year, how does an employer look at this being that the individual could have quit two months ago or say even six months ago? This does not mean they are a drug abuser.

If detected - she will have to be honest with her employer. If they want to keep her on, they will probably require routine testing from now on. No matter how you feel about marijuana - it IS illegal.
