How many drug tests at one time should anyone have to take to satisfy any employer's drug free policy for employment. Isn't a blood test, urine test, and hair sample enough to prove your body is drug free? Why would an anal exam be required also? When is enough, enough? Isn't a drug test requirement a violation of our civil rights?

A drug test isn't a violation of your civil rights because no one is forcing you to submit to it. If you don't want to submit to the drug test, then don't apply for work at companies that request them.

pne would think..... i'm gonna just guess thats part of a routine physical that needed to be passed for employment that which that aspect your uncomfortable with ...... and not really...... they don't have to hire you........ they can refuse employment to you if you refuse or fail a drug test
