@ the end of Oct, i had to take a hair test for a trucking job internal transfer of which i did willingly. then i was told i came up with a positive result. i fought until i was broke. now, i find out that they are putting down that i was terminated for failure drug test (this is against fed code). i don't know what to do can someone help me.......thnx
If my old trucking co. uses hair test, what recourst do i have to fight it?
I've heard with the right attorney, those cases have been fought sucessfully. Many things can cause a false positive on a hair test.
