Yes it will show up in the drug screen. You need to be honest and talk about the drugging. Any attempt to hide will be found out and look deceiptful. The best chance is to be open and honest.

I think it would have been a smart thing for you to make out a police report when this incident happened!! I'm not sure how you handled it up to this point but the best thing for you to do would be to protect yourself by tieing up all lose ends that way you have a paper trail on yourside which would protect you from termination and might only subject you to a small investigation company wise to check out your story...
